01 _ Timing & Shipping

  • We recommend placing your order 6–9 months before your intended mailing date to allow time for design, revisions, production, and delivery. A minimum of 3 months is required for all orders.

  • For one-of-a-kind, fully bespoke suites, we recommend starting the process at least 9 months in advance. This allows us time for design exploration, prototyping, and careful production to ensure the highest quality.

  • Our standard turnaround time is approximately 12 weeks from quotation to delivery. This may vary depending on the complexity of your suite and the production methods selected.

  • Yes, rush orders may be available depending on our current production schedule. Please contact us directly to check availability and any associated rush fees.

  • Yes, we offer a limited number of express production slots for an additional fee. Please contact us with your timeline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Shipping within Taiwan usually takes 1-3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–14 business days.

  • Once your order has shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor its delivery status in real time.

02 _ Pricing

  • Our pricing is determined by several factors, including paper type, printing techniques (e.g., foil, letterpress), quantity, complexity of design, and any additional finishing or customization requested.

  • 30% Deposit – Due upon acceptance of the quotation to secure your slot.

    • Fully refundable if the design process has not started.

    • Non-refundable once we’ve received your event details and delivered the first design proof.

    50% Production Payment – Due after final design approval, before production begins.

    • Fully refundable if production has not yet started.

    • Non-refundable once production is underway.

    20% Final Balance – Due before delivery or pickup.

  • We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal. Payment is typically split into stages: 30% deposit to reserve your slot, 50% before production, and 20% upon delivery.

03 _ Design

  • Yes — all our invitations allow for customization of wording, typography, paper stock, and printing method (letterpress, digital, or foil). If your selected design includes a photo, that’s fully customizable as well.

    For fully bespoke suites, everything is built from scratch — layout, format, illustration, and finishes — entirely tailored to your vision.

  • We offer a curated selection of high-quality papers including:

    • Keaykolour by Arjowiggins – known for its soft texture and muted tones

    • Gmund Colors Matt – a premium range with rich, elegant colors and matte finishes

    • and many more, ask us!

  • Yes, samples are available at NT$500 each, plus shipping. Please email us to request specific styles.

  • Yes, we offer menus, place cards, ceremony programs, and more. Please email us to discuss your needs.

  • Changes can be made during the design stage. Once your order enters production, no changes can be accommodated.

  • Your first digital proof will be ready approximately 5-7 business days after we receive your completed event details form.

  • We recommend storing invitations flat in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid stacking items on top to preserve embossing and foil detailing.
